I have extensive experience working on the shop floor. My mechanical aptitude and engineering experience helps me bridge the gap between design and manufacturing.

I have taken other courses in Surfacing and used it on the job since 2005 when applicable. Taking the Pro/SURFACE class at Design Engine, July of 08, made me realize the power of this tool which will translate into a better, more advanced user.

Wildfire 4.0 parts and assembly.

Children use this nebulizer canister to assist enhailing. This multi part assembly used a combination of both polycarbonate and silicone parts. Each part has the appropriate draft and was design for tooling.

This intercooler model started out as a concept for sand cast quoting only at a previous job. After Design Engine’s Plastics class, I was able to finish the model for manufacturing and understand why it had to be constructed as such.

(I did it on my own time at home using the Student version of Wildfire 3.0).
