Design Engine, Inc. is composed of designers and programmers who are interested, quite simply, in design. We are based out of Chicago with affiliates around the world. DEEP INTERACTIVE is a branding and graphic design consultancy. DEEP LABS is a product design consultancy that utilizes many of the same team members as Deep Interactive. DESIGN-ENGINE.COM is a resource for industrial designers to write and publish their ideas. Our target audience is not only ID students, professional Industrial Designers, and Mechanical Engineers, but anyone interested in design.

DESIGN-ENGINE|EDUCATION (DE|E) has offered high-end Professional 3D Design Training since 1994. The software we teach includes Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/SURFACE, ISDX, Pro/CONCEPT, SolidWorks, Rhino, Alias, and MAYA. DE|E has trained top companies in the world from Caterpillar, Motorola, IDEO, Kohler, Nike, Sony-Ericsson, British Aerospace, NASA, Triumph Motorbikes, BMW, Guidant, Harley Davidson and Nissan.

We expect to publish many contributing articles from top designers this year. There is myself, Bart Brejcha Executive Editor and Chief who organizes and facilitates many of the designers interviews and inner workings of the web site. We are becoming a database driven site compliments of Deep Interactive.

Our affiliate writer in Great Britain, Mark Illmann, is an ID doctoral candidate from the Centre for Design Research University of Northumbria; and here in Chicago, where we have a strong IDSA program.
